My KYC keeps getting rejected and I can't withdraw — what's wrong?

Common rejection reasons exchanges don't always tell you:

• Glare or shadow on the ID document.
• Document not held in hand for the selfie.
• Address proof more than 90 days old.
• IP geolocation mismatch with claimed country.
• Name mismatch between bank account and KYC (even small differences like a middle initial).

Use high-resolution photos in good light, hold the document flat, and submit a fresh utility bill or bank statement under 30 days old. If the platform keeps rejecting valid documents and is small/unknown, that's a sign the platform itself may be fraudulent — they harvest KYC documents from victims without ever intending to release funds.
