Common rejection reasons exchanges don't always tell you:
- Glare or shadow on the ID document.
- Document not held in hand for the selfie.
- Address proof more than 90 days old.
- IP geolocation mismatch with claimed country.
- Name mismatch between bank account and KYC (even small differences like a middle initial).
Use high-resolution photos in good light, hold the document flat, and submit a fresh utility bill or bank statement under 30 days old. If the platform keeps rejecting valid documents and is small/unknown, that's a sign the platform itself may be fraudulent — they harvest KYC documents from victims without ever intending to release funds.
