My 'soulmate' from an art forum disappeared with my crypto on a fake exchange. Any hope?

Feeling absolutely devastated, kinda numb actually. Met this amazing person on an art history forum, we really connected over months, shared so much. Then they introduced me to 'crypto investing' on this platform called 'BitFinance Pro'. Said they'd made a killing and wanted me to join in. I started small, saw returns, even withdrew a tiny bit once. Then they pushed me to put in more, saying there was a 'limited opportunity' coming up. I put in a significant chunk of my savings, like, everything I had for a down payment. Now the platform is gone, their number's disconnected, and I can't access anything. I know, I know, I feel so stupid. How could I have been so naive? I'm in Almere. What even *is* this type of scam, and is there any way to report it effectively or get anything back? I saved all the chat logs and transaction IDs. They even convinced me to download a special app outside the usual app stores.
