A company called 'Refund Retrieval Services' is asking for a 'court registration fee'. Is this another scam?

Hi everyone, I'm Lucas from Nantes. About six months ago, I fell for one of those crypto investment scams, lost a significant chunk of my savings, like low five figures. It was devastating, honestly. My partner and I were just trying to save for a house, and poof. I've been feeling pretty down about it, and tbh, a bit ashamed. I've gotten so many emails and calls since then, mostly from 'recovery' companies. Most I've ignored, because they felt off, you know? But this one, 'Refund Retrieval Services', sounds kinda legit. They're saying they've located some of my funds and can help get them back, but they need a 'court registration fee' first, something like 1,800 euros. They sent some official-looking documents, but I'm so paranoid now. Is this just another scam preying on desperate people like me?
