Is 'MoneyBack Hero' a real recovery service or just another scam after my crypto loss?

Okay, so I was stupid and fell for a crypto trading scam a few months back. Lost about $8k, mostly my emergency fund. I felt so dumb. I reported it to the FTC and basically wrote it off. Then last week, I got an email out of the blue from a company calling themselves 'MoneyBack Hero.' They somehow knew about my specific loss, mentioned the platform name and everything. Said they specialize in crypto tracing and recovery, and they had a 'high success rate.' They're asking for a small upfront 'administrative fee,' like $500, to start the process. They even sent me a fancy PDF with their 'case studies.' My gut is screaming scam, but a tiny part of me, the part that's still hurting from losing that money, is wondering if it could actually be legit. Has anyone heard of them? Or used them? I really don't want to get scammed again.
