Is 'Crypto Guardian Alliance' asking for a 'clearing fee' just another scam after my huge crypto loss?

I'm really at my wit's end here. About six months ago, I fell for a crypto investment scam and lost nearly all my retirement savings – like, low five figures. It was devastating. I reported it to the Gardaí, but honestly, they didn't seem to have much hope. Then, out of nowhere, I received an email last week from a company calling themselves 'Crypto Guardian Alliance.' They said they'd analyzed public blockchain data and identified my lost funds. They even sent me a link to what looked like a transaction trace, showing my funds moved to a Binance wallet, which honestly, impressed me. They claim they can recover the money, but they need an upfront 'clearing fee' of about 1500 Euros to 'unlock' the funds from some escrow they've supposedly tracked them to. They said it's for legal and administrative costs. I'm so desperate to get my money back, but after being scammed once, I'm terrified of falling for it again. This 'clearing fee' just screams red flag to me. Has anyone heard of these guys? Is this legit, or am I about to get double-scammed? Any advice would be so helpful.
