Is 'Global Recovery Solutions' asking for a 'digital wallet unlocking fee' after my crypto loss another scam?

Hey everyone, i'm so desperate right now. back in january i fell for a crypto trading scam, lost about 12k CAD that i really couldn't afford to lose. it still makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it. i reported it to the RCMP and my bank, but they basically said it was gone. then last week, i got an email out of the blue from a company called 'Global Recovery Solutions'. they had details about my original scam, like the platform name and roughly how much i lost. it freaked me out a bit, but also gave me a tiny spark of hope. they said they've tracked my crypto and can recover it, but i need to pay a 'digital wallet unlocking fee' of about 1500 USD upfront. when i asked why i'm locked out, they mumbled something about blockchain verification protocols. i'm really scared it's another scam trying to hit me again when i'm at my lowest. has anyone heard of these guys? is this 'unlocking fee' a real thing in crypto recovery? i just don't know what to believe anymore. any advice appreciated.
