Lost my inheritance to a 'friend' from a LinkedIn group and a fake crypto site — what now?

I'm feeling so stupid and devastated. I was in a professional networking group on LinkedIn, and someone reached out, seemed really legit, talking about shared industry interests. Over a few months, we became 'friends' online, chatting about work, life, everything. They eventually introduced me to a crypto platform, saying they'd made amazing returns and it was a great way to secure my future. I was about to invest a big chunk of my inheritance. Looking back, the red flags are so obvious now... but they knew all the right things to say. I put in a significant amount, maybe around 15k EUR, and for a while, the numbers on the platform looked great. Then when I tried to withdraw, they started demanding 'fees' and 'taxes'. It's gone, isn't it? I'm in London. Where do I even begin to report this mess? I feel so ashamed.
