Lost my inheritance to a 'new friend' from a cooking app, now all my crypto is gone via 'ZG.com'. Any hope from Philly?

Okay, so I'm honestly mortified to even type this out. I met this guy, 'Michael', on a cooking app back in December. We really clicked, he seemed so genuine, shared recipes, talked about his life. After a few weeks, he mentioned he was doing really well with crypto trading, showed me screenshots from ZG.com. Said he had an 'uncle' who was a financial expert in London and gave him tips. He was so convincing, said he wanted us to build a future together, that this was our chance. I ended up putting in my entire inheritance – just over 15k – into ZG.com, transferring crypto from my Coinbase account. It looked like it was growing, everything was perfect, but now I can't withdraw anything. ZG.com support just stopped responding. Michael blocked me everywhere. I feel so stupid. I'm in Philly. What do I even do? Is there any way to get any of it back or report this effectively?
