My 'new partner' convinced me to send all my ETH to a new 'exchange' that's now gone, what do I do?
Man, I'm just… completely gutted. I met someone really nice online a few months ago, and things moved pretty fast. They seemed really sweet and successful, said they worked in crypto trading. After a while, they suggested I move my ETH from my regular wallet to a new platform they were using, said it had way better returns. It looked legit, kinda like Binance or something, but it was called CoinEgg. I transferred almost all my savings, a pretty significant amount, because they kept showing me these 'profits' on their own account there. We were talking about our future, moving in together, and then… poof. The website's gone, their number's dead, and all my ETH is just… gone. I've tried searching for CoinEgg, but nothing comes up. Is there anything, anything at all, I can do? I feel so stupid and ashamed.
