Lost my savings after an 'approved' withdrawal from ZG.com never arrived - is my crypto just gone?
Feeling totally sick to my stomach right now. I met this guy on a dating app, classic pig butchering setup I guess, and he convinced me to invest in crypto on a platform called ZG.com. I put in about 15k AUD over a few months, and actually saw some pretty good returns, on paper at least. When I tried to withdraw a small amount first, it worked quickly, which now I know was part of the trap. But when I tried to pull out a larger amount, like 10k, it showed as 'approved' in my account after a few days, but the crypto (USDT) never landed in my external wallet (my Binance account). It's been over a week. The guy ghosted me. ZG.com support just sends automated replies. I tried submitting a fraud report to the Australian Cyber Security Centre, but I just feel so numb. Is there any way at all to trace this or get it back? Or is it just a hard lesson learned?
