Met a guy on a language exchange app, invested in ZG.com, now all my crypto is gone – what next from Scotland?

I'm heartbroken, honestly. About six months ago, I met someone on one of those language exchange apps – Duolingo, I think it was, or similar. We got chatting, seemed super friendly, interested in Scottish history which made sense since I'm in Glasgow. Over time, it shifted, he started talking about crypto investments, how he was making so much money easily. I was skeptical at first, but opencash.net, this platform he was using, looked legit. Then he convinced me to move over to ZG.com because it was 'better for bigger returns'. I transferred about £7,000, which was my emergency savings, into what I thought was real crypto (USDT) on ZG.com. I saw the numbers going up for a while, it felt real, you know? Then, when I tried to withdraw a small amount for a car repair, suddenly I needed to pay a 'tax' or 'verification fee'. That's when my stomach dropped. He went quiet. ZG.com support stopped responding. Everything. It's all gone. I feel so stupid, so betrayed. I've reported it to my bank, but they just said the money's gone once it's crypto. I'm in Scotland. What can I actually *do*? Is there any way to report this properly or maybe even get some of it back? I can't believe I fell for this.
