Is 'Oxxxx Trader Recovery' another scam trying to get more money after my crypto loss?
Ugh, I'm so fed up. So, a few months back, I fell for a really sophisticated crypto scam, lost a pretty significant chunk of my savings, low five figures. It was devastating, my wife was furious, still is, tbh. I've been trying to put it behind me, but then I found this review online, looked pretty legit, talking about how 'Oxxxx Trader Recovery' and their 'Foundation' have helped people get funds back. They're asking me to contact them via a Gmail address and WhatsApp, saying they have a high success rate. They want a 'due diligence fee' to start. After everything, I'm so paranoid. Is this just another trap? I just want to know if anyone has dealt with them or if this is the classic 'recovery scam' on top of the original one. I'm based in Sharjah, but the original scam was international, so this recovery thing could be from anywhere, I guess.

Ugh, I'm so fed up. I lost a significant amount – low five figures – a few months ago to an investment scam. It was one of those 'high returns on crypto' things, you know? My friend told me about it, said he was making bank, and I fell for it. I was so embarrassed, didn't tell anyone for weeks. Since then, I've been getting bombarded with emails and calls from 'recovery' firms. Most of them seemed dodgy, asking for crypto payments or weird 'activation fees.' But this one, 'Global Claims Protection,' sounds a bit more professional. They said they've identified my lost funds and just need an 'international wire release fee' to get the money transferred back to my account here in Sharjah. It's about 1500 USD. They even sent me what looks like a legit document with their letterhead and some legal jargon. My gut is screaming 'no way,' but a part of me, the part that's still so desperate to get my money back, is wondering if this is actually how it works sometimes. Have any of you heard of this fee? Or them? I just can't afford to lose any more, honestly. Any advice?
