Speed Express Recovery Hacker reached out, are they legit or another scam targeting me?

Long story short, I lost a significant amount of crypto earlier this year to a fake investment platform. It was devastating, like low five figures. I reported it to the local police here in Singapore, but they basically said there's not much they can do, especially since it was crypto transferred overseas. I've been feeling pretty hopeless about it all. Today, I received an email from something called "Speed Express Recovery Hacker," complete with a website (speed-express-recovery.lovable.app). They claim they can recover cryptocurrency using "advanced cyber methods." They even referenced some details about my original scam, which freaked me out a little, like how did they know? They want an upfront fee for their 'analysis' and 'initial work' to get things started. I'm so desperate to get my money back, but after being scammed once, I'm super wary. Is this a legit service or am I about to get double-scammed? Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
