Lost my savings to a 'sweetheart' from a language app, now my crypto is gone via 'Vanguard Trade'. What can I do from France?

I'm heartbroken and honestly, pretty ashamed. I met someone on a language exchange app a few months ago, they seemed so genuine, so understanding. We talked every day, then they started mentioning crypto investments, saying they had a 'mentor' who was making them a lot of money. I was hesitant at first, but they were so persistent, and I really trusted them. They guided me to a site called 'Vanguard Trade' – it looked legitimate, all professional-like. I put in a few thousand euros, saw it 'grow', and then they convinced me to put in more, saying it was a guaranteed return. My life savings... it's all gone now. The site's down, and they've ghosted me. I feel so stupid. I'm in Nice, France. I tried calling my bank, but they said since it was crypto and I authorized the transfers, there's little they can do. Is there any authority here in France, or internationally, that can actually help? What's the best way to report this so maybe, just maybe, someone gets caught?
