CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES reached out after my crypto loss, are they legit or another scam?
Hey everyone, feeling really stupid right now. I lost a significant amount of crypto to a fake investment platform a few months ago – around 5 figures, pretty much everything I had saved up for a downpayment. I reported it to the local police here in Singapore and also tried reaching out to a few online resources, but honestly, it felt like screaming into a void. I moved on, trying to just focus on rebuilding.
Then, out of nowhere, i got an email this morning from something called CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES (certifiedrecoveryservices.com). They said they found my case details through some 'international database' (which sounds fishy) and that they can help recover my funds. They're asking for an 'initial assessment fee' to cover their expert analysis and legal liaison costs before they can start. They're making it sound very professional, with case managers and timelines. To be honest, I'm desperate for any glimmer of hope, but also terrified of being scammed again from what happened before. Has anyone heard of them? Are they actually legitimate? I'm so paranoid after what happened.
