My USDT disappeared from Bitcitechnology.com after 'AI trading' - is it an exit scam?

Hey everyone, feeling really stupid right now. I got lured into this platform called Bitcitechnology.com through a friend of a friend on social media. They were showing off insane profits from 'AI trading' strategies and it looked super legit, I even checked out their site, seemed professional enough. Started with a small amount, then put in about 15k USDT that I transferred from Binance. Everything was fine for a few weeks, saw my balance grow (on their site, obviously). Then, when I tried to withdraw a chunk of it, it just... wouldn't process. Support kept giving me the runaround, first it was 'system maintenance', then 'security review', now their site is totally down. Like, gone. All my USDT, low five figures, just vanished. Is this what they call an exit scam? Has anyone else dealt with Bitcitechnology.com? Is there even a tiny chance to get anything back, or should I just accept it's gone forever?
