Anyone recovered crypto after a fake crypto exchange scam with Nethertrace?

Hi everyone, I'm Charlotte from Leeds. I'm feeling so sick to my stomach right now. I lost pretty much all my savings, about 15k EUR, to what I now realize was a completely fake crypto exchange. They had a slick website, good customer service initially, and I truly believed I was investing. It was one of those where they show you profits on a dashboard but then ghost you when you try to withdraw. I've seen some mentions of Nethertrace online, and I'm really desperate. I'm so scared of falling for another scam. I already paid some 'recovery agents' who just took more money and did nothing.
