A company called 'Regulatory Compliance Solutions' wants a 'fiduciary bond fee'. Is this another scam?
Hey everyone,
I really need some advice here. Last year I got completely ripped off by this investment platform, lost a lot of money – close to 15k EUR, which was pretty much my life savings. It was one of those things where they push you into fake crypto investments, promising huge returns, and I fell for it hard. I reported it to the local police here in Dubai and even tried reaching out to the FCA in the UK because the platform claimed to be regulated there, but heard nothing back really. It's been a nightmare.
Now, a few weeks ago, I got an email out of the blue from a company calling themselves 'Regulatory Compliance Solutions'. They said they found my case through a database linked to the FCA and could help me recover my funds. They sound really professional, even sent me some documents that look official. But they're asking for a 'fiduciary bond fee' of about 2k EUR to 'secure the release of my frozen assets'. They say it's fully refundable once the funds are recovered. My gut is screaming scam, especially after what happened before, but I'm so desperate to get my money back. Has anyone heard of these guys or something similar? Is this legit or am I about to get scammed a second time?
