A company called 'Global Claims Management' wants a 'compliance fee' to get my money back. Is this legit?

Okay, so I was hit pretty bad by a crypto investment scam a few months ago, lost about five figures, which was a huge chunk of my savings. I reported it to the local police here in Singapore, but honestly, didn't hear much back. I was feeling pretty hopeless. Then, out of the blue, I got an email from a company calling themselves 'Global Claims Management'. They said they track scam funds and found some of mine. They even had some details about my initial loss that were eerily accurate, which made me think maybe they're legit? They're asking for an 'international compliance fee' to process the return of my funds. It's a few thousand dollars, and they want it in crypto. I'm so desperate to get my money back, but I'm also terrified of being scammed again. Has anyone heard of these guys? Is this 'compliance fee' a normal thing? Or is this just another trap?
