My 'new life partner' from a language exchange app got me to invest in 'ProfitMax' before disappearing. What now?

I really thought this was it. I met 'Marie' on a language exchange app, she was so sweet, learning French and teaching me Mandarin. We talked for months, video calls, everything seemed legit. Then she started talking about this amazing investment opportunity, ProfitMax, some crypto thing she said her uncle, a 'financier' in Singapore, managed. I put in about 8,000 euros, then another 5,000 when she showed me incredible 'profits' growing in my account. We were planning our future, a life together. Then, when I tried to withdraw a small amount for a new apartment, the platform froze. Marie's messages stopped. She just vanished. I feel so stupid, so exposed. I'm in Toulouse. What can I even do from France? Is there any hope of getting my money back? Or even just reporting this properly so it doesn't happen to someone else?
