Is 'Crypto Justice Advocates' asking for a 'network validation fee' a new scam after losing my funds?

Hi everyone, I'm absolutely desperate here. Back in October, I fell for a crypto investment scam, lost nearly 8k euro. It was devastating, wiped out my emergency fund. I reported it to An Garda Síochána but honestly, didn't hold out much hope. Then, out of the blue last week, I got an email from a company called 'Crypto Justice Advocates'. They said they track scam wallets and had identified my lost funds. They sounded really professional, even mentioned specific transaction details I'd given the police. They're saying to recover my money, I need to pay a 'network validation fee' of about 600 euro. They claim it's to verify my ownership on the blockchain before they can initiate the transfer. They even sent me a fancy looking document explaining it. My partner thinks it's another scam, but a part of me, a very hopeful part, thinks maybe, just maybe, it's real. Has anyone dealt with these guys or anything similar? Is this 'network validation fee' a legitimate thing for crypto recovery?
