Anyone recovered funds from a fake payment gateway or merchant scam with Nethertrace?

Hey everyone, i'm feeling pretty sick about this whole situation. i got targeted by what i now realize was a fake payment gateway scam after trying to buy some concert tickets online. long story short, i put in my card details, it processed through what looked like a legitimate portal, but the tickets never materialized and the money's gone. bank's been useless, my card provider says it's 'authorized' so they can't do much. i've heard about Nethertrace helping people with crypto scams, but i'm wondering if they also deal with more traditional online payment fraud like this? i'm really desperate here, it was a significant amount, and i just clicked a link thinking it was part of a trusted process.
