My 'broker' EuroFX is demanding a 'platform licensing fee' to release my profits. Scam?

I started trading with EuroFX just a couple of months ago, saw some amazing returns – seriously, my account balance went from like 2k to over 15k really fast. I was so excited, told my wife we might actually be able to afford that new car. But when I tried to withdraw, guess what? Automated message said I have to pay a "platform licensing fee" first, like 1,500 euros, before any of my profits can be released. Said it's standard procedure for high-profit withdrawals. This feels super fishy. I've never heard of this before, none of my friends who do proper trading have. Is this a new thing with these online brokers? Or am I being scammed hard? I'm in Breda, NL, and really worried.
