My unregulated broker, 'TradeGain Pro', is demanding a 'platform maintenance fee' to release my profits. Help?

Hey everyone, i'm feeling really stupid right now. i got pulled into some forex trading after seeing an ad on Facebook. This company, called 'TradeGain Pro', looked pretty legit at first glance, like they had all the charts and stuff on their platform. The 'account manager' was super pushy but also really friendly, always calling me, even late at night here in Ajman. I invested about $4,500 total over a couple of months, thinking I was making good money. My account balance was showing like $12,000. Now, when i tried to withdraw, they're suddenly saying i need to pay a 'platform maintenance fee' of 15% of my total balance *before* any withdrawal can be processed. It's like $1,800! They're saying it's in their T&Cs, which I honestly didn't read super closely, my bad. I'm getting really worried this is a scam. Has anyone encountered 'TradeGain Pro' or this 'maintenance fee' trick before? What can I do? I'm so desperate to get my money back, or at least my initial investment.
