My 'broker' IronFX offshore is demanding a 'server maintenance fee' before I can withdraw. Scam?

Hey everyone, feeling super stressed out right now. I've been trading with this platform, IronFX offshore, for a few months. Everything seemed fine, even making a bit of profit, about five figures in my account balance. But when I tried to withdraw, they suddenly hit me with a 'server maintenance fee'. They're saying it's like a one-time thing to upgrade their systems and ensure faster transactions, and that I need to pay it before they can process my withdrawal. It's a pretty substantial amount, around 10% of my total balance. My gut is telling me this is a huge red flag, especially since I never saw anything about this fee in their terms and conditions. I've sent them a couple of emails asking for clarification but they just send me canned responses. Has anyone encountered something like this before? What should I do? I really need that money back.
