Lost my crypto after signing up for 'Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel' - has anyone recovered funds?
Hoi everyone, i'm so embarrassed and honestly, devastated. I saw an ad for 'Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel' on Facebook a few weeks back. It looked legit, offering these incredible travel packages with 'crypto rewards' if you paid in USDT. Sounded too good to be true, I know, but the website was really professional, had testimonials, everything. My wife actually encouraged me to look into it, she loves Hawaii. So I signed up, paid about $3,800 USD worth of USDT for a 'platinum package' to an address they gave me. They even sent me a receipt. But then the 'travel agent' started asking for more money, 'tax fees' and 'unlocking withdrawal fees' for the crypto rewards they said I'd earned. My gut started screaming. Now their website is down, their Telegram chat is dead, and my crypto is just... gone. I reported it to the local police here in Tilburg, but they just kinda shrugged. Has anyone else dealt with 'Alooha Hawaii Tours & Travel' or something similar? Is there *any* real hope of getting that money back? Feeling like such an idiot.
Lost my crypto after signing up for 'Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel' - has anyone recovered funds?
Hey everyone, feeling pretty numb right now. I saw this ad online for "Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel" – supposedly amazing discounts on luxury trips if you invest in their crypto-backed rewards program. Sounded a bit too good to be true, but the website looked super legit, had testimonials, and they even had a live chat support that answered all my questions really quickly. I ended up putting about 8,000 USD worth of Solana into their platform. They showed me my balance growing, and I even saw a small 'return' get deposited back into my MetaMask wallet once, which made me trust them more. Then, when I tried to withdraw a larger amount, they kept asking for more and more fees – 'tax fees', 'liquidity fees', 'regulatory compliance fees'. It just never ended. Now the website is gone, their chat doesn't respond, and my crypto is nowhere to be found. I feel so stupid for falling for it. I've reported it to my local police here in Rotterdam, but they just kinda shrugged and said it's hard with crypto being international. Has anyone else encountered "Aloha Hawaii Tours & Travel" or something similar? Is there *any* real chance of getting my SOL back, or is it just gone for good?
