My 'mentor' from an online group convinced me to go to Thailand, now my crypto is gone from a compound. What now?
I am absolutely devastated. I met this person online, on a professional networking site, and they seemed so legitimate. We talked for months about crypto, and they eventually convinced me to come work for a 'crypto trading firm' they were starting in Thailand. They even paid for my flights. I thought it was a huge opportunity. But when I got there, it was... not what I expected. It was more like a highly controlled compound, not a regular office. They took my passport, told me I had to work off my 'debt' for the flight and accommodation. They made me create accounts on Binance and Kraken, then transfer *my own* crypto savings there, saying it was for 'training' and 'initial capital'. Now, after a few weeks of being essentially trapped, I managed to get out with the help of a local contact I secretly made, but all my crypto, about 15k EUR, is gone from those exchange accounts. They must have accessed it somehow. I don't know what to do. I'm back in Germany, but I feel so stupid and violated. Is there any way to get it back? What are my options?

They were showing off insane profits from 'AI trading' strategies and it looked super legit, I even checked out their site, seemed professional enough. Started with a small amount, then put in about 15k USDT that I transferred from Binance. Everything was fine for a few weeks, saw my balance grow (on their site, obviously). Then, when I tried to withdraw a chunk of it, it just... wouldn't process. Support kept giving me the runaround, first it was 'system maintenance', then 'security review', now their site is totally down. Like, gone. All my USDT, low five figures, just vanished. Is this what they call an exit scam? Has anyone else dealt with Bitcitechnology.com? Is there even a tiny chance to get anything back, or should I just accept it's gone forever?

My Binance account was locked after I clicked a 'security alert' link, did I just get phished?
Feeling absolutely sick to my stomach right now. I got an email, looked super legit, said it was from Binance about 'unusual login activity' and that I needed to verify my account immediately. It had the Binance logo, all the right branding, everything. I panicked, saw the 'click here to secure your account' button and just... clicked it. Went to what looked like a Binance login page, entered my info, then it just refreshed. Felt weird almost instantly. Tried to log into my *real* Binance app a few minutes later and boom – password incorrect. Tried again, then my account showed as locked. I contacted Binance support, and they're doing their security checks, but it's radio silence basically. I had a decent chunk of ETH and some USDT in there, nothing crazy, but it was money I really couldn't afford to lose. I'm wondering if this was a phishing scam and if my crypto is gone for good. Has anyone else experienced this with Binance or similar exchanges? What are my options here? Do I even have any options?
