CapstoneTraders blocking my withdrawal after a month of 'technical issues', what gives?

Hey everyone, i'm feeling so stupid right now. About two months ago I found CapstoneTraders.com, looked pretty legit on the surface, professional website, chat support that actually answered questions initially. I put in about €7,500 after they showed me some really impressive 'paper' profits with crypto trades. They said they were based out of London, but their registration info was super vague. After a few weeks, I tried to withdraw a small amount, like €500, just to test the waters. That was over a month ago. Now, every time I try, it's 'technical issues', 'system upgrades', 'high volume'. I keep getting messages saying my account is 'under review' or that there's a 'blockchain congestion'. It's always something. My account balance shows a huge profit, like double what I put in, but I can't touch it. I've tried live chat, emails, they just give me the runaround or stop responding. Is this what I think it is? What can I even do from Germany? Any advice is welcome.
