My 'copy trading' returns on EuroFX vanished, now they're asking for more to withdraw. Scam?

Bonjour everyone. I'm feeling so stupid right now, like a complete fool. I got into this 'copy trading' thing with a platform called EuroFX. Saw all these amazing returns from some 'master trader' they showcased on their site, thought I'd finally caught a break. I started with a small deposit, like 200 euros, and it actually grew super fast, on paper anyway. Pretty quickly, I put in more, about 3,000 euros in total, from my savings. My account showed like 8,000 euros profit after a few weeks, it was exhilarating. But then, when I tried to withdraw just 500 euros, suddenly my 'master trader' had a bunch of losing trades. All my profits disappeared overnight. EuroFX support then told me I needed to 'deposit more capital to cover margin requirements' if I wanted to unlock my account for withdrawal. This sounds incredibly fishy to me. Has anyone else experienced this with EuroFX or similar copy trading platforms? Is my money gone? What can I even do from France?
