Quotex just closed my account with profits inside, demanding a 're-registration fee' to withdraw. Scam?

Hey everyone, I'm feeling sick to my stomach right now. I've been trading on Quotex for a few months, mostly binary options, and after a rough start, I actually managed to make some decent profits, about 12k USD. I put in a withdrawal request last week, and today I got an email saying my account was 'irregularly terminated due to system security protocols.' They said I need to pay a 're-registration fee' of 15% of my balance to 're-activate' the account and then I can withdraw. It sounds completely fishy, but they're holding all my money. I'm based in Dublin, and I honestly don't know what to do. I've tried live chat, but it's just canned responses. Has anyone else dealt with this with Quotex or similar platforms? Is this a known scam tactic? What are my options, if any, to get my money back?
