Has anyone used Nethertrace for a fake tech support scam recovery?
Hi everyone, I'm feeling pretty stupid right now. I fell for one of those fake tech support scams a few weeks ago. They got me to download some 'remote access' software – thinking they were fixing an issue on my computer – and then convinced me to transfer a bunch of crypto from my Metamask wallet to a supposed 'secure' wallet for auditing. Long story short, it's all gone. We're talking low five figures here, my savings and then some. I've reported it to the police here in Lyon, but they didn't seem to know much about crypto. I've been doing some research and came across [Nethertrace](https://nethertrace.co). They seem to specialize in this kind of thing, but I'm really wary after being scammed once. Has anyone here had any experience with Nethertrace, especially with recovering funds lost to fake tech support scams or similar social engineering tactics? I just want to know if they're legit and if there's any real hope.
