My unregulated 'broker' EuroFX is demanding a 'platform migration fee' to release my profits. Scam?
Hey everyone, feeling pretty stupid right now. I got lured into this forex trading thing by some ad on Instagram, and it led me to a 'broker' called EuroFX. At first, everything seemed great. I put in about £2k, and watched my balance grow, supposedly. Then I tried to withdraw a small amount – maybe £500 – just to test the waters. They approved it, but then said I needed to pay a 'platform migration fee' of 15% of my balance before they could process the withdrawal. They're saying they're upgrading their whole system and need this fee to transfer my 'assets' over. This sounds totally fishy to me. Has anyone heard of this before? Is this even a real thing in forex trading? I'm worried I'm about to lose everything.

Ok so I got into forex trading a few months ago, invested a decent chunk of change after this guy on Instagram kept showing off his 'results'. I started with what I thought was a reputable platform, EuroFX. At first, everything seemed great, profits were stacking up (on paper at least) and I was feeling good about it. Then when I tried to withdraw, even a small amount, they said my account was flagged and I needed to pay a 'fund protection fee' to get my money out. They said it's for 'regulatory compliance' and to 'safeguard my capital' before releasing it because of 'market volatility'. I've already put in about $7,000 and now they want another $1,500. It feels super dodgy, like they're just holding my money hostage. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is EuroFX a known scam? What can I even do now?

hi everyone, i'm feeling pretty sick to my stomach about this. about two months ago i got into forex trading after seeing some really flashy ads on instagram. ended up with this broker called 'InvestPulse Pro' – yeah, i know, red flag one, it's unregulated. everything seemed okay for a bit, i actually saw some profits on their platform, nothing crazy but enough to feel good. tried to withdraw like 3,000 euros last week and they're saying i owe a 'commission reversal fee' because my trades generated too much profit compared to their internal metrics. like, what? never heard of such a thing. is this a new trick or am i just completely screwed? i'm in amsterdam, btw, so thinking if i need to talk to someone here regarding this.
