My unregulated broker, 'TradePulse Pro', is demanding a 'platform upgrade fee' before I can withdraw. Scam?

Hi everyone, I'm really panicking here. I got sucked into this forex trading thing a few months ago through an ad on social media. The 'broker' is called TradePulse Pro. At first, things seemed great, I saw my balance grow (on their platform, anyway). I put in about £7k, and it showed I had nearly £15k profit. Naive, I know, but I was so hopeful. Now I want to withdraw some of it, just £2k to test the waters. But they're telling me I need to pay a 'platform upgrade fee' of £1,200 first, because my account is now 'high-volume' and needs premium features for withdrawals. They said it's standard procedure for accounts that cross a certain profit threshold. This sounds so dodgy. Has anyone encountered this specific fee before? Is this another one of those tricks? What can I even do?
